Danielle is a program manager at the Roger C. Lipitz Center for Integrated Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School for Public Health. In this role, she provides administrative leadership, identifies opportunities for collaboration within and across teams, and works on projects related to improving health information technology for older adults and their care partners. Her previous experience includes leading a team of practice facilitators to implement Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) in over 550 practices across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. She also managed a statewide primary care practice-based research network, supported development of a patient research advocacy initiative for cancer research, and collaborated with primary care practices and behavioral health organizations to advance tobacco treatment practices and policies.
